Schedule:
Build and follow bar‑chart and project schedules; coordinate subcontractors and materials with precise lead times.
Ensure Quality:
Read and interpret civil and ID drawings; enforce BCB Homes’ specifications for a minimal punch list and exceptional results.
Maintain Safety & Cleanliness:
Uphold OSHA, state, county, and community regulations; champion jobsite housekeeping.
Communicate Clearly:
