High-volume Diagnostic Imaging Center in Naples, FL is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of healthcare professionals, maintaining the highest quality standards, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in the success of our facility. Requirements & Responsibilities Oversee day to day activities and functions of the Site Work closely with upper management to organize staff effectively for high-quality patient care, including creating work schedules, approving PTO, finding coverage, and interviewing / hiring staff Monitor and control expenditures, order office supplies, and review / approve payroll and overtime Maintain effective working relationships with physicians and radiologists Document staff issues and provide education; including verbal, warnings, and possible terminations (prior discussion needed with Regional Management) Learn and adapt to new computer technologies as needed Communicate and train both new employees and existing staff when necessary Ensure all applicable guidelines for quality assurance and patient safety are met Generate and correct various reports, including SQL manager reports and Billing reports Balance front desk collections daily, review and sign invoices, and address discrepancies with accounts payable Ensure timely delivery of patient reports to the referring community Participate in monthly quality control (QC) meetings with Medical Directors Maintain the center’s AHCA book to ensure information is current and up to date Review and maintain the patient schedule with staff to maximize volume throughput Promote and practice excellent customer service, pushing staff to provide the same Resolve any patient, physician, or attorney issues that arise Pull and review various reports related to phones, employee productivity, and other aspects of center performance Willingness and ability to complete other tasks as directed by management at their discretion to support the overall functioning and success of the site.
