Reports to: Construction Supervisor(s) and CEO Cooperates closely with: CEO, Project Manager, Construction Supervisor, and other construction staff.

Position Summary:
The person selected for this position assists the Construction Supervisor(s) and other construction assistants in completing on-site kitchen installation projects at customer homes.

Essential Functions:
Complete construction tasks as assigned by Construction Supervisor(s). Track project progress and report updates and missing items to supervisors. Support site set-up and takedown to ensure jobsites are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner. Provide a high level of respect and care to all customers and colleagues alike. Proficiency in English language to understand safety protocols, construction plans and blueprints, oral communication with customers and colleagues, and provide written updates for customers and supervisors. Maintain accurate records of job site activities, including daily logs and incident reports. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of equipment received. Report on workshop inventory and equipment needs to Project Manager Ensure proper organization and inventory of storage areas, workshops, and all work vehicles. Monitor safety practices and assist in implementing corrective measures to align with OSHA regulations.
Other Duties:
Attend and participate in staff meetings and events, as assigned. Other responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Familiarity with construction materials and power tools Experience maneuvering large box trucks and pick-up trucks on highways and within city limits. Ability to collaborate with a diverse team while maintaining respect and consideration for all. Experience working as a committed and well-rounded member of a team.
Required Physical Abilities:
Ability to be on one’s feet for extended periods of time, enduring all weather conditions. Ability to perform frequent leaning, bending, squatting, lifting 50+ lbs. over one’s head.
Other Requirements:
Strong desire to learn and to continue learning. Flexibility with customer schedules and with daily assigned tasks Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Pay Range:
$17.00- $33.00 based on experience. Paid holidays are available at time of hire and full benefit plan available after 90-day probationary period.
