The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and under budget—while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, construction management expertise, and a results-driven mindset to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, procurement, permitting, and execution. Coordinate and lead project meetings with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, cost reports, and change orders. Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Review and approve construction documents, submittals, RFIs, and pay applications. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and field teams. Ensure adherence to contract requirements, local codes, and quality control standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in

BSCHE, BSME, BSCE.

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, including experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, scheduling, and permitting. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
