Role Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Manage the construction crew, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work meets project specifications. Act as a liaison between the project manager and on-site personnel. Ensure workplace safety by observing proper worksite safety procedures and utilizing tools and equipment in accordance with operating instructions/manuals. Maintain relationships with all CCS personnel and subcontractors on the jobsite. Complete all required documentation and reporting. Facilitate communication with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers. Develop daily and weekly project plans, with could include resource allocation, delivery schedules, timelines, and schedules. Identify and address jobsite issues as they arise to keep the project on track. Lead, manage, and mentor team members assigned to the project. Your Qualifications (The “Must Haves”): High school diploma or GED 5+ years’ experience working as a Superintendent on healthcare construction sites 10+ years’ experience working on commercial and/or healthcare construction sites Basic hand and handheld power tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Ability to work both independently and collaboratively EEOC We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams is key to our success.
