What’s the Job?
Oversee the Safe Work Permit process to ensure compliance and safety during construction activities.
Manage and motivate a team of construction workers to achieve project goals efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
Plan and organize tasks, manage budgets, and meet project deadlines.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during construction projects, ensuring smooth operations.
What’s Needed?
3-5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Construction Supervisor.
Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
Basic knowledge of project management processes and required documentation.
Proficiency in computer software such as MS Excel, Project, and Word.
