Strongleadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-siteteams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especiallywith clients and subcontractors In-depth knowledge of constructionsafety standards, processes, and best practices Strongorganizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectivelyProblem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently andkeep projects on track A solid track record of delivering projectson time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Experiencemanaging subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance Job OfferA competitive salary range of around $100,000 to $125,000 yearly.
