The Superintendent oversees all on-site construction activities,ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetwhile maintaining high quality standards. This role involvescoordinating subcontractors, managing daily operations, and servingas the primary point of contact for field execution with a strongemphasis on leadership and communication. Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications,schedules, and safety standards. Scheduling & Coordination Developand manage short-term schedules and look-ahead plans. Coordinatedaily activities of subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel tokeep the project on track. Quality Control Inspect work regularlyto ensure adherence to quality standards and design intent. Resolveconstruction issues and maintain documentation for inspections andapprovals. Safety Management Enforce site safety plans and conductregular safety meetings. Promote a culture of safety and ensure allOSHA and company policies are followed. Communication & LeadershipServe as the primary liaison between field operations and projectmanagement. Lead site meetings, provide daily reports, and keepstakeholders informed of progress or delays. Resource & EquipmentManagement Monitor use of labor, equipment, and materials tooptimize productivity. Anticipate needs and resolve potentialbottlenecks before they impact the schedule. Problem Solving &Decision Making Address unexpected challenges in real time withpractical, cost-effective solutions. Make timely decisions thatsupport project goals and team performance. Closeout & TurnoverEnsure punch lists are completed and final inspections passed.

Support project closeout procedures including documentation andclient walk-throughs. Profile The successful candidate for theSuperintendent position on ground-up projects is highly organizedand a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complexsites from start to finish. You possess deep knowledge ofconstruction means and methods, scheduling, safety protocols, andsubcontractor coordination, and are known for deliveringhigh-quality projects on time and within budget. You excel in fieldleadership, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, andmake sound decisions under pressure. You possess a strong sense ofaccountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety andteamwork are essential. You have proficiency with commercial orinstitutional ground-up builds, proficiency in constructiontechnology (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam), and a track record ofbuilding positive relationships on site further define theirsuccess.
