ProCore Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team for a 232 Unit Apartment Project in Jacksonville FL Project. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction process.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Oversee the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement effective construction strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of construction management principles and practices
• Proficiency in project management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
