What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor junior plumbers and field techs Supervise crews on job sites as needed Maintain clear and professional communication with clients Conduct site visits and collaborate with homeowners/contractors Develop plans for plumbing system upgrades and renovations Bid projects, track job progress, manage billing and receivables Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and up to code

What You Bring:

5+ years of plumbing experience (Journeyman License a big plus) Strong leadership and resource management skills Ability to handle purchase orders, contracts, and scheduling Comfortable using office tools and drafting basic documents/contracts Physically able to lift standard plumbing materials Willingness to work both in-office and in the field Flexibility to work overtime when needed Join our team as a Project Manager where your expertise will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of our construction projects.
