This is a full-time opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
The ideal candidate has:
Has been a Construction Project Manager w/ 10+ years of project management. Has demonstrated contractor oversight, cost estimating, and cost control of Large Medical Facility projects, inclusive of all aspects of building, infrastructure, and site including new facility construction, Greenfield Ground-up Projects. Has engagement with and understanding of national healthcare construction codes, guidelines, and best practices including experience with AHCA Inspections (Both during Design and during Construction) Has a history of Healthcare User engagement, Administration engagement, and Facilities engagement. Has experience in Medical Equipment coordination. Has experience in complex interior renovations of hospital departments. Has experience in consultant contracts and oversight of internal team members. Has experience developing, maintaining, and overseeing protocols, databases, and strategy for achieving most efficient and effective cost control on large-scale construction projects.
