Jacksonville, FL 32210 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure effective communication and project execution. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Utilize construction management software such as Primavera and HeavyBid for project planning and tracking. Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily logs and reports. Foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations on-site. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential.
