Posted Yesterday Located in Jacksonville, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our growing commercial construction team. Founded in 2016, we are a small construction firm that works on medical facilities, commercial ground-up, and all kinds of TI and renovation. Our motto is “Built to serve” and that’s what we do! We aim to find someone who shares our drive to build beautifully, ethically, and timely to join our team.

What you will do:

Commercial and medical builds
Scheduling, ordering materials, etc.
Overseeing site day-to-day
Maintain site-specific quality control and safety plans
Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, city officials, etc.
Medical & Healthcare project experience What you need: Lead at least one Healthcare project
3+ years as a Project Superintendent
