Job Description
A growing civil engineering firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects in the Jacksonville area. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on team development, project execution, and client relationships in both residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee land development projects from planning through delivery Manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards Build and maintain relationships with clients, municipalities, and internal teams Mentor junior staff and support regional growth strategies
Qualifications:
10+ years in land development or construction management (Northeast Florida preferred) Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering & PE license Strong project leadership, communication, and client management skills Established network in residential/commercial development
