Position Overview:
We are seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Traveling Commercial ConstructionSuperintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects,ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highestquality standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site leadership andsupervision to project teams. Coordinate and schedulesubcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance withproject specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality ofwork. Manage project timelines and budgets. Resolve any issues orconflicts that arise during construction. Implement and enforcesafety protocols and procedures. Keep accurate records of dailyactivities, including progress reports and photos. Communicateeffectively with project stakeholders, including owners,architects, and engineers. Provide technical expertise andproblem-solving skills as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent.
Extensive knowledge of commercial construction processes,techniques, and materials. Strong leadership and organizationalskills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and constructiondocuments. Familiarity with construction management software (e.g.,Procore, Buildertrend). Willingness to travel to various projectsites nationwide. OSHA 30-Hour Certification (or willingness toobtain). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
