Posted July 25, 2025 Are you ready to take your construction career to the next level? We’re looking for a Traveling Superintendent to support the execution of luxury residential projects across FL and the surrounding region. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about building beautiful, custom homes. You’ll work alongside experienced superintendents and project managers, gaining exposure to high-end construction practices while helping ensure job sites run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations on active job sites, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
Support site logistics, material deliveries, and inspections
Help enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
Communicate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment
Travel to job sites across Texas and nearby states, typically

Monday-Friday What You Bring:

1-3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction (internships or assistant roles welcome)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read plans and understand construction sequencing
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site
