Mission Support Services (MS2) has an immediate opening for a Site Manager at Fort Benning aka Fort Moore, GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises a team of ISP-OSP technicians to implement solutions in underground pathways and OSP structures (e.g., conduits, MHs/HHs, building entry enclosures, etc.).
- Reviews engineering drawings to locate and establish correct pathways for the specified cable infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys and records results to validate project specifications.
- Strong construction coordination skills with a demonstrated ability to complete projects on time.
- Provide subcontractor oversight ensuring quality controls remain in place
- Manage employees on multiple project sites
- Build and maintain client communication throughout the duration of a project with the Network Enterprise Center (NEC)
- Serves as the principal point of contact with the NEC’s Contracting Officer Representative (KOR) for technical requirements for Task Orders.
- Advanced understanding of and adherence to industry standards and codes for cable installation and testing including the I3A and the

Minimum Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 5-10 years’ experience in the communication construction field
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve, and lead projects to completion.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license.
- OSHA 10-hour Certification
- First Aid/CPR/AED training
Confined Space Certification Compensation Range:
- $33.
30/Hourly
