The Construction Project Manager Summary Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Includes managers in specialized construction fields, such as carpentry or plumbing. Duties Will oversee all aspects of construction project. Will lead, plan and budget (from start to finish) Develop project plan, timeline and budget to include the cost estimate and resource allocation. Will monitor and follow through with the following; Quality Control

Manage and resolve risks & unexpected challenges
Manage and prepare subcontractors, vendors and other parties involved with the project.
