Position Overview :
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Interpret architectural and design drawings with a focus on fine detail and luxury finishes Perform precise material take-offs and assist in preparing high-accuracy estimates Utilize construction management software (e.g., Planswift or similar) for project coordination Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control for multiple concurrent projects Oversee subcontractors and in-house trades with an emphasis on craftsmanship and accountability Coordinate high-end material procurement, delivery, and installation Maintain clear documentation and schedule inspections Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, and architects, ensuring excellent communication and service throughout the project
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida construction, with at least 2 years in project management of high-end or custom residential/commercial work Strong understanding of upscale construction materials, techniques, and finishes Proficient in construction management software and digital plan take-offs Exceptional leadership, organization, and interpersonal communication skills Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record Self-directed, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence
