Your Role:
Build, manage, and grow a team of door knockers/canvassers Develop clear training materials, scripts, and process documents Keep your team organized, accountable, and performing at a high level Recruit, hire, and train new team members quickly and efficiently Motivate your team to generate quality leads for our inspection specialists
