Posted Yesterday Assist and support Project Managers and Superintendents as Administration Assistant. Setting up / ordering job site facilities (dumpsters, waste, utilities, etc.) as needed. Assist bid process including pre-qualification process. Formulates and prepares requests for Proposals for Professional Services and Invitations for Bid, as needed. Maintain a current knowledge of the activities of the Planning, Design & Construction team, including awareness of which individuals have been assigned responsibility for the performance of specific tasks in the project management and in tracking task completion. Weekly safety meetings. Generate transmittals, tables, memos, reports, correspondence, contact lists and other material with accuracy to meet assigned deadlines. Assist with project submittals, tracking and preparing permits, lien waivers. Maintain Notice to Owner Logs and Waiver Logs Gather and assemble supporting documents for project manuals such as O&M’s. Assist with project close-out process including archiving files and drawings, and preparing data for space inventory. Answer phone and other general office and clerical duties (prepare correspondence, manuscripts, forms, management reports, and presentations using MS Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel, as needed.)Assist and support Project Managers and Superintendents as Administration Assistant.
