You will be the hub that connects clients, trades, designers, and internal teams-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. What You’ll Do Own the project lifecycle – from pre-construction to final walkthrough. Manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and site operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , offering guidance, clarity, and confidence throughout the build. Anticipate challenges and solve problems before they happen . Collaborate with the design, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure the original vision stays on track-without compromise.

Keep documentation tight:

daily logs, change orders, schedules, and financials via Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software. Set the tone on-site-leading by example and upholding exceptional standards of craftsmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. Who You Are A construction professional with 5+ years of experience managing custom homes or luxury renovations. Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-driven. A strong communicator-capable of building trust with trades, clients, and stakeholders. Calm under pressure, clear under stress, and always solution-focused. Proficient with residential construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore). Obsessed with quality. Passionate about design. Invested in your work.
