This position is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of job site operations, working hands-on, and leading labor crews on long-term projects—particularly in the hotel sector.

Position Overview:

The Traveling Labor Foreman will live on-site and oversee day-to-day labor operations for hotel construction projects that typically span up to one year. This role involves supervising crews, managing logistics and material deliveries, coordinating with suppliers, and performing general labor as needed to keep the job running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Live on the job site for the full duration of the project (approx. 1 year per site) Supervise laborers and ensure safe, productive work environments Manage on-site logistics, including materials, deliveries, and equipment handling Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors as needed Perform general labor, site setup/cleanup, and assist with hands-on tasks Report to the Superintendent or Project Manager on progress and site needs Uphold high standards for job site safety, cleanliness, and work qualit

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in construction fieldwork or labor crew leadership Strong organizational skills and ability to manage logistics independently Willingness to live on-site and travel for extended periods Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions Strong communication and team coordination skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:
