Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Manager Assistant located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Field Manager Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks related to field management activities, ensuring projects are running smoothly, and maintaining strong working relationships with Admin staff, project managers, clients and subcontractors. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Analytical Skills for problem-solving Customer Service experience Basic understanding of Finance principles Experience in construction or related field is a plus Ability to work well in a team environment Strong organizational skills High school diploma or equivalent Requirements You will need your own pickup truck
