MEP Construction Assistant Project Manager (Tampa, FL area)

Tampa area commercial general contractor is looking for their next Lead MEP APM within commercial construction and renovations that can bring their steadfast personality to the team. Qualifications for
APM:
New Construction / large scale MEP projects with confidence in leading teams and projects from start to finish on time and on budget
4+ years experience in commercial construction as acting MEP APM or MEP Assistant Project Manager
Ability to track subcontractors’ progress on the job, maintain the project schedule and coordinate with various agencies for reporting and compliance with project documents and specification
Responsible for quality control and safety of project so will need self motivation, wont be micromanaged
Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity
Project experience between $5m – $30m a plus but also looking for those that are the “key difference makers”
Scheduling experience and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
Knowledge of safety practices and procedures
Healthcare MEP experience is NEEDED
