The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes and project management. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Review and interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure compliance with design specifications. Utilize project management software such as Prolog and HeavyBid for tracking progress and managing contracts. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Implement effective time management strategies to keep projects on schedule. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors. Oversee project budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Provide leadership to the construction team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in Civil 3D software is preferred for site design and grading tasks. Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, with experience in project coordination. Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
