Position Definition & Summary:
Under direction of a supervisor, performs maintenance activities including painting, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, steam fitting, and in some instances, building construction and ground keeping; does related work as required. Supervises youth in the performance of maintenance activities. Is on 24-hour call to respond to emergencies. C.
