Plumbing Project Manager Commercial Plumbing Inc. 1623 South 51st Street, Tampa, FL 33619 Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on, highly-qualified Light Commercial Construction Project Manager. They will directly supervise field operations and be responsible for building a team of construction professionals as they grow the division. The position requires that the candidate:

• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in plumbing construction as plumbing project manager.
• Must have , overseeing the projects. We prefer this contractor have construction revenues of at least $10 million in volume.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, building science or engineering is preferred.
• Big plus to have extensive experience in operations and management in the field and have had prior P & L responsibility. Strong computer experience a must.
• Preferably has experience at a multi-trade firm.
• Living and working in the plumbing construction industry in Tampa Bay for at least 10 years.

We want you to have business development-oriented and ideally have connections with quality customers/general contractors (keeping in mind that we are a very ethical company). Someone who will create and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an emphasis on problem-solving and growth. We are wanting to grow our light commercial business. In the last three years, we have serviced over 700 different commercial customers and have worked with 50 construction customers, with lots of repeat business, so we have a fantastic base from which to build. We are not interested in large construction.

Full-time Pay:

$80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
