We are looking for a results-driven project manager with multifamily experience and a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Construction Project Manager Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multi-family construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on schedule. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficient in MS Office and construction management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
