  We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Commercial Construction division.

The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, including scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of project tasks.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Ensure adherence to building codes and regulatory requirements throughout the construction process.
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring effective change management practices are followed.
Allocate resources efficiently to optimize project performance and outcomes.
Oversee on-site management, ensuring smooth operations and coordination among various teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience with budgeting and financial management in construction projects.
Strong contract negotiation skills with a track record of successful vendor and subcontractor partnerships.
In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices.
Familiarity with quality control standards and construction safety regulations.
