Candidate must have a clean driving record and experience operating trucks with trailers. Here is a general outline of the role:

Responsibilities:

Supervising Installation :

Lead a team in the proper installation of silt fences, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and project specifications.

Site Preparation :

Assess sites to determine the best placement for silt fences and coordinate necessary preparations.

Team Coordination :

Manage crew schedules, delegate tasks, and provide on-site training to ensure efficiency and quality.

Equipment Management :

Oversee the use and maintenance of tools and machinery, such as bobcats and other installation equipment.

Quality Control :

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets required standards and address any deficiencies.

Safety Oversight :

Enforce safety protocols to protect crew members and the environment.

Reporting :

Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered. General Job Responsibilities Back filling to proper specifications Hammering posts in preparation for fence installation Exceptional installation of silt fence Ongoing site clean up Trimming sections of the fencing to ensure that they are appropriate in size Preparing the site by digging holes and trenches in which the fencing will be positioned Joining, raising, and securing segments of the fence in place Checking for gaps and vulnerabilities in the fencing and correcting these, if needed Measure square footage of yard or property that fence will enclose
