Construction Manager Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced and dependable subcontractors to perform construction rehab services on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will specialize in one or more construction trades and be capable of delivering quality workmanship under deadlines and budget constraints. Subcontractors must have their own tools, transportation, and carry appropriate licensing and insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute construction rehab work based on provided scope, drawings, and schedules. Perform tasks such as framing, drywall, flooring, painting, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other trade-specific duties. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades on-site.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Communicate progress updates, delays, and material needs to project managers. Meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential or commercial property rehab or construction. Proficiency in at least one major trade (e.g., carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Reliable transportation and own set of tools. Valid contractor’s license (where applicable). General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance coverage. Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Multi-trade capabilities. Experience working on occupied properties and around other subcontractors. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore) is a plus.

Compensation:

Pay is per project or per scope, based on experience and skill set. Prompt payment upon completion of approved work.
