Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Superintendent to join our team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of electrical projects from planning to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project supervision. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards. Proven experience in residential and commercial electrical projects. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
