Proficient in project management software and tools Position Overview The Mechanical Superintendent role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Our typical projects are $7M
- 14M in size and involve heavy mechanical installations, including piping and hydronic systems, chillers, etc.
and our most common clients are in the medical/ healthcare industry. This position involves managing teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Key Responsibilities Manage and train field project team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Plan, organize, and direct the production of contracted scopes of work.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.
Coordinate production and attend meetings to resolve conflicts.
Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and mechanical code standards.
Manage material and personnel requirements to meet project schedules.
Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Benefits Competitive pay ($90k
