Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and building codes to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Procore and MS Project (P6).
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and meet project milestones.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Lead crisis management efforts on-site to resolve issues swiftly and minimize project disruptions.
Ensure compliance with public health regulations and educational standards throughout the construction process. Qualifications Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role, specifically in renovations and airport construction.
Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices, including knowledge of facility management and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with project management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.
Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and applicable building codes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on compliance and safety regulations.
