Traveling Electrical Superintendent 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Tampa, FL 33610 Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. Duties Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Coordinate and supervise project managers, subcontractors and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera to ensure timely completion of milestones. Utilize construction management software like Prolog for effective project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with project managers to prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure that all materials used meet required specifications and quality standards throughout the construction process. Documentation completion with attention to detail and accuracy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Relevant certification as an electrician or electrical technician.
