Summary We are seeking experienced Assistant Project Superintendents to join our dynamic team at Reilly Construction & Development LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Project Superintendent with all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, safety, quality control and subcontractor management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the construction industry. Responsibilities will be to assist the Project Superintendent with the following duties: Construct or renovate luxury home projects Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction projects. Inspect work sites to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Manage and oversee the scheduling of subcontractors and materials. Manage and direct subcontractors and employees to ensure that all projects develop according to plans and specifications, on time, and within budget. Ensure that all project documents are up to date and accurate. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with Project Manager on jobs. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the project. Ensure quality control. Review job progress weekly. Maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Requirements 10 + years of experience. Thorough knowledge of framing and finish carpentry. Previous experience in construction management or other related fields. Familiarity with construction management software. Strong leadership qualities. Strong negotiation skills. Deadline and detail oriented. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
