Primary Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate, and manage all daily construction activities of the project Document and record all field activities on a daily basis Communicate directly with clients, designers, subcontractors, inspectors and suppliers Order materials and schedule deliveries Direct Field employees, trade contractors, and suppliers to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship. Ensure quality control at all levels of construction Conduct pre-construction and post-construction walk-thru’s with designers and clients Develop and maintain strong, productive supplier and trade contractor relationships First on and last off job sites to ensure safety, security, and code compliance Skills/Requirements Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role or graduate from 4-year construction program with experience in a supervisory role. Knowledge of local codes and construction practices Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all types of people in a professional and positive manner Must portray a professional appearance and positive can-do attitude. Applicant must have reliable transportation Applicant must be able to demonstrate basic computer skills with email as well as capability to efficiently use Iphone, Ipad and some computer applications Must be extremely organized and neat. The applicant will be responsible for keeping clean and safe job-sites with experience in all types of finish protections Applicant must be able to assemble a construction schedule and schedule subcontractors and suppliers on a daily basis Must be able to pass a drug screen as we are a drug-free workplace Must be able to pass a background search
