. This role is directly responsible for building out the systems that let their communities’ public safety, education, public works, & business organizations effectively communicate & deliver services.

Pay/Compensation/Details:

$68,000.00 – $82,000.00/yr.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Radio Frequency (RF) Land Mobile Radio (LMR) BDA DAS Site Manager Willingness to travel (up to 90%) sometimes out of the market/out of state for up to two weeks at a time. MUST pass a pre-employment background check, Motor Vehicle check and Drug Screen Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees & waist, squat, lift & move a minimum of 50 lbs. unassisted, & repeatedly climb & descend stairs & ladders. Must be familiar with the use of hand tools Ability to complete written checklists & provide work progress reports. A General Contractor’s Certification is preferred for this position. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred A minimum of 5-10 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process research, development, and execution. Military or public safety experience is a plus Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is required Demonstrated experience in personnel management and be able to easily handle shifting priorities, demands and timelines in high pressure environment Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong written/oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are a must An ability to read communication styles of team members, contractors and customers who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines will also be necessary
