Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including estimating, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines. Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Utilize construction management software like PlanSwift or ProCore for project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets to guide project financials. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Implement effective project scheduling techniques to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential. Proficiency in construction management software such as PlanSwift or ProCore is preferred. Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques. Excellent understanding of contract management and construction estimating processes. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety standards is required. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
