Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of computers and software such as Real Page, Word and Outlook required. Detail orientated with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Analytical skills, ability to prioritize and work with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with confidential information.
Duties:
Screen incoming leasing inquiries and calls. Provide information about the community and apartments to prospective residents. Review, approve and submit invoices. Schedule visits to the apartment community and show available space to prospects. Prepare and submit all reports when due. Review and submit all new lease applications. Troubleshoot issues with the building and its residents. Create and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors and location community. Prepare and maintain records for new and renewal leases and to make sure we are in compliance with processes, relevant regulations and company procedure manual.
