The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires effective communication and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations. Duties Lead and manage all phases of Manufactured Home construction including planning, execution, and delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress. Oversee project budgets and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols on the construction site. Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity. Prepare reports on project status, addressing any issues or changes in scope as necessary. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Experience in project coordination Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
