About Us:
Bravo Site Works is a leading total site development contractor specializing in underground utilities, excavation, grading, and paving. We’re growing fast and looking for a Project Manager with strong leadership and field experience in site work construction to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of site work construction projects from pre-construction to final closeout Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and subcontractors Manage budgets, timelines, and job cost reporting Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality control Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of grading, storm drainage, water/sewer, and road construction Proficient with construction software (Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam or similar) Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid driver’s license OSHA certification preferred Heavy Civil Experience Preferred Why Join Bravo Site Works?
