Job Responsibilities:
Managing the project from preconstruction through closeout- ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards Oversee full project lifecycle from preconstruction through turnover Coordinate with owners, design teams, and internal stakeholders to align project scope and expectations Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials and subcontractors Prepare project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes Lead regular project meetings and maintain communication between field and office teams Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and ownership Partner with Superintendent to ensure alignment on field executions Identity problems
Must Have:
5+ years of experience as Project Manager in ground-up commercial construction (storage or industrial projects) Managing projects from start to finish successfully Procure, MS Project, Bluebeam Bachelors Degree in Construction Management preferred
