An established and respected commercial general contractor is looking for an Construction Project Manager who has ground up commercial construction project experience. Applicable project experience for this Assistant Project Manager could include a work history of Luxury resort, multifamily, hospitality, mid/high-rise or other diverse commercial background. This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to develop into their own PM role and reach your career ambitions! Qualifications for Project Manager (PM):
7+ years of experience preferred as acting Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
Projects of $20MM or more desirable
Stable work history with relatable construction experience
Strong ground-up commercial construction experience (renovation or tenant improvement work will also be considered)
Responsibilities for Project Manager (PM):
Ensuring project success including safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
Assuring business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
Establish professional working relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
Coordination with the appropriate team members and business clientele
