The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window and door-related tasks and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Ideal candidate is bilingual can speak English and Spanish in order to proactively oversee on-site operations and ensure all processes are followed correctly by employees. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction projects on-site Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards Train and mentor field staff on construction techniques and safety protocols Conduct regular inspections to assess work progress and compliance with specifications Collaborate with project managers to address any issues or changes in plans Maintain accurate project documentation and reports -Willing to learn methods, on-the-job training from day one Climb high ladders (If you’re afraid if heights this might not be a job for you) – Communicate professionally with teammates and manage customer expectations.
Qualifications Skills/Knowledge:
