Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Field Supervisor with estimating experience to oversee job sites, build strong client and contractor relationships, and assist with project proposals. The ideal candidate will be energetic , detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellence in the luxury home industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity for long-term growth within our expanding company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities at job sites across Florida
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Collect and analyze job site information for accurate estimating and proposal development
• Assist in preparing detailed project estimates and scope of work
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Travel frequently throughout Florida, maintaining a flexible and high-energy approach
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating and project supervision, preferably in luxury manufactured homes or related fields
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to travel extensively within Florida
• High energy, self-motivated, and committed to long-term growth with the company
