Full Job Description Job Summary:
Bravo Site Works is seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to lead crews in our Power Division. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a strong background in utility or site work construction. This role requires leadership, organization, and hands-on knowledge of underground power installations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily field operations for underground power crews Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and inspectors Read and interpret construction plans and utility layouts Maintain daily production logs and safety reports Operate company vehicle and coordinate material deliveries
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) Valid driver’s license (required) Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman in underground utilities, preferably power Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read blueprints and utility drawings OSHA certification is a plus
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including project scheduling and budgeting. Familiarity with construction management software such as Prolog or ProCore is preferred. Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Experience in pipeline construction is a plus but not required. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
