Breaking ground on a 200+ unit project in Fort Myers, we need a Lead Superintendent to get us started! If this sounds like a fit, please read on and apply!

What you will do:

Multi-family new construction experience
Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style build experience
Site Work, concrete slab to framing
Manage job site crews
Work with the project management team to ensure phase completed on time and in budget What you need: 5+ years as a Superintendent
Lead for 1 Multi-family project start to finish
High-School diploma
