Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized MultifamilyConstruction Superinntendent to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all fieldaspects of Multifamily construction projects, ensuring they arecompleted on time, within budget, and in accordance with qualitystandards. The Superintendent will collaborate with internal teams,subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals and deliversuccessful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Ideal but not required -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, ora related field. Proven experience building MultifamilyConstruction Projects as a Superintendent, with a track record ofsuccessful project delivery. Strong knowledge of constructionmethods, materials, and regulations. Excellent leadership andcommunication skills. Proficient with construction softwareapplications.
